This high-end project blends aggressive industrial design with delicate classical elements to create a modern luxury retreat. The living area features a bold monolithic concrete feature wall that is softened by warm wood flooring and tiered ambient lighting, giving the space a mellow, welcoming glow. In the private rooms, subtle wall moldings and a neutral palette provide a sense of timeless elegance, but the kitchen’s dark wood cabinetry and open-plan arrangement highlight both form and function. 

Natural materials—from raw stone vanities to tactile textiles—ground the design and provide a deep sensory experience.  The living room makes a strong statement with a monolithic concrete feature wall, softened by warm wood flooring and tiered ambient lighting that casts a mellow, inviting glow.
